Refund and Return Policy

All of our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or an incorrect design choice.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a free replacement or a refund, where applicable.

You do not need to return the defective product unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product received. We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect address was provided by the customer, we may not be able to provide a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once production has started.
